How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will usually reach your doorstep within 2 to 7 working daysfrom the date of order (excluding Sundays). During busy shopping seasons or mega sales events, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

How much do you charge for shipping?

All shipping charges are paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
Baft does not offer free shipping under any order value.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched (usually within 24–48 hours), tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. If you haven’t received tracking information, please feel free to contact our support team.

Can I delay the shipment of my order?

Yes, you can. For delayed delivery requests, we recommend notifying us directly via WhatsApp or Emailafter placing your order. Our customer service representative will assist you with the available shipping options.

I didn’t receive my full order. Where is the rest of my purchase?

If your order is being shipped in multiple parts, you may receive separate packages. Each shipment will have its own tracking details, which will be shared with you accordingly.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please make sure you've made up your mind before our customer service team contacts you for order confirmation.
Once the order is confirmed and processed, cancellation may no longer be possible due to our fast dispatch system. We appreciate your prompt decision-making to help us serve you better.
